Navigating your way through the NACA 100% Financing Home Purchase Loan Program isn’t easy and there are a lot of steps! To help you make sense of it all, here’s our video on Step 1.
The first step to owning a home through the NACA 100% financing program is to attend a home buyer workshop. These workshops are typically held on Saturdays at various times throughout the year. When you attend the workshop they’ll give you an overview of the program, how it works, and what it takes to get through it.
As of today, they currently have two options for attendees:
1. If you are financially ready and know that you can soon be out looking for property- All your finances are in order, you have your bank statements, pay stubs your w-2’s, all that stuff, then you can go into one section and they will assign you a more immediate appointment.
2. However, if you’re just getting started with the home buying process and all of this is unfamiliar to you, then they have another option for you where they will counsel you through each of the steps to eventually become a homeowner.
