Navigating your way through the NACA 100% Financing Home Purchase Loan Program isn’t easy and there are a lot of steps!
To help you make sense of it all, here’s Step 2.

Step number two to obtaining a loan through the NACA 100% financing program is to meet with a housing counselor. During this meeting, the housing counselor will review your current situation, potentially all your documents, and based on this meeting they will make a determination on if you are in fact ready for home ownership.
They will also council you, make a decision about the mortgage payment you can afford and, provide you with the next steps in the process, of which there are many!
